Additional Information
We are a fee-for-service clinic, meaning that we collect payment at the time of service (cash, credit card or debit card). We will make every effort to direct bill your insurance, however you are responsible for the balance of service regardless os what your insurance company will pay for your care. After each session we will email an itemized bill to our patients so those who are interested in reimbursement can independently submit it to their insurance companies.
