Low Back Pain presents many different symptoms

Lower back pain

Lower back pain can also be mechanical, meaning localized pain with pain changing due to different twists, loads or mobility in the spine, or it can be radicular which is sharp and burning, typically only affecting one side of the body.

Mid back pain is described as pain in the area of spine that is connected to the rib cage.

Middle back pain can stem from a number of issues, being acute or chronic pain, and affect everyday activities.

Some different ailments that are diagnosed in middle back pain are strained muscles, irritated discs, significant injuries like a fracture as well as some other illnesses.

  • Stiffness
  • Tenderness
  • Bad posture
  • Sleeping problems
  • Fatigue
  • Shortness of breath
  • Shooting pain

Neck pain has many causes and factors that can inhibit everyday activities.

Neck pain can come from any number of disorders including pinched nerves, neck strain, degenerative disc disorder, whiplash as well as a numerous others.

Often, neck pain is associated with some type of injury that can stem from contact sports, motor vehicle accidents or other everyday activities that cause neck strain.

Neck pain presents with:

  • A dull ache
  • Tingling in the hands or arms
  • Stiffness in the shoulders
  • Pain in the upper extremities
  • Reduced Movement
  • Headaches.
